OMG! Mr. 6 changed the tools!
;-)

(Yes, I know. It looks more like a 9 up side down and it is very likely a typical ‘construction site markup language’ piece.)

Shanghai Stencils

without comments

There is almost no graffiti at all in Shanghai but stencils advertising all kinds of services by private people are very common. This is a grey market one. Somebody offers diplomas, papers or visa for money.

Commercial version of the G.R.L. "High Writer"

without comments

Evan discovered the “Spray Close Spray Extender”, wich is actually a commercial version of the G.R.L. High Writer. Lol, that’s just crazy.
Hmm … for what else could I use it … ;-)

Hey Evan and James, if you guys were just using copyright and patents…. ;-)

Illegal

without comments

The Charite (big Berlin hospital) is in trouble. The giant ad on the scaffolding is illegal. Since 5 months the hospital has no permission to show the big ad. Nobody works on the facade. The scaffolding seems to be a fake for just renting the facade to billboard companies.

Illegal! Cool! Hey that’s almost a guerilla street art marketing campaign. ;-)

Nice project by Uli Franke and Jürg Lehni.

A drawing machine just controled by two motors and a toothed belt. Besides this Edding marker painting at 24c3 they also did a lot of pieces with spray cans.

Nixfitti

without comments

While I was searching for Zevs
Kärcher-style “Propper Graffiti” (which I like a lot) I found the “Nixfitti” project by a Berlin writer group: Richard Schwarz, Rainer Macher, Spitboy, Relax and Roger.
As a part of a RedBull Streetart campaign they decided to become the ‘good’ guys. They acted as perfectly organized anti graffit company, simply painting graffiti. Nice! I love these abstract, fresh paint “I-was-a-graffiti”-rectangles.

Foam Tagging

I noticed this ‘Foam Tag’ some days ago. I love the idea of 3D Graffiti.

(Hmm … Althoug I am not quite sure if this was a sign for some temporary event in that empty old mall Brunnenstr./Invalidenstr. Berlin.)
