  1. either i didn’t get the point or it’s plain racist anti emancipatory crap. and if i did not get the point many other won’t as well. so this piece of art fullfills just the function as a racist and anti-socialist thing.

    wtf

  3. No, you didn´t get the point. Read the declaimer and try to learn something about ironic speech and subtle messages.
A subtle message could look like “chinese government, why do you force the land of the middle into a capitalistic socialism? And why do you spread all over the world, preventing a coexistence of countries – merging everything together?” Maybe that´s bullshit what I am telling you; it´s up to you to decide. The same with this video. (you already decided ;))

Got to mention that I was 3 weeks in China (Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Guilin, Yuangshou, XiangXi) and it´s a quite impressing land with people having an impressing attitude if you consider work and school. But the approach is so much aggressive which does not suite in the current world situtation. Only in china you work almost 7 days a week and in china you go to school to compete against others and not only to learn for yourself. So aggressive how chinese people build buildings, streets, fabrics, etc..
So aggressive how they hide sometimes behind their sympathic smile and their nice behaviour.
But so aggressive is the background and the fact how the chinese government tries to control EVERYTHING. It´s horrible and unfair against the people of this wonderful land.
I can imagine why western countries are quite afraid of their approach and about china – absolutely understandable.

Anyways, I like china and I hate china, like germany, where I live. It´s not about racism, maybe it´s only to show how one land could overtake the whole world with good intentions but producing meanwhile a lot of chaos amongst the “overtaken” countries (even if it´s only on an economic level) which perhaps already belong to the chinese republic…even if they don´t want to be a part of.

Hope this wasn´t too confusing but to understand this video, you should probably travel to china and see/feel/experience this land to get the point. And you should at least travel 5 hours in a bus through the nowhere sitting on a wooden box with 20 chinese and 10 white people. ;) It´s fun. I promise.

  4. I did get your point, but find that video still, well, pointless ;)
I hate Mao Zedong, would have fit the message much better, expressing your feelings towards china and stuff…

  5. Sorry for doublepost, hit the wrong key..
Whatever, Mao Zedong is the one who transformed (and perverted) Marx’ ideas into the society we see in china these days.

  6. I have to acknowledge, you´re right.
Sorry that I went a bit offtopic, just wanted reply to wtf´s comment. :)

But yes, Mao turned his ideas in something without any relation to the real life.
Let´s see how long and how far China will go. Some of my friends keep telling me “they will overtake the worldwide economy and blabla” and some say “they will keep approaching like now, but then everything will go down because most of the companies will build move their fabrics to vietnam or cambodia or maybe even to india”

  8. Yeah, right…Marx was great, it was everyone else who “perverted” his anti-life ideas. Bunk!

Your type has no leg to stand on.

Marxism will never work, that is unless your aim is to decrease the human population and maintain a great “cover story” to hide behind.

Collectivism created 150 million ghosts just last century.

It’s time to evolve, not go backwards. Individual freedom is what is new, and truly “progressive”. It is by far the exception in human history.

I don’t hate Marx, I hate ignorance, mysticism, and force.

We should work for freedom from other human beings–not dependence/slavery.

  9. Swordbreaker: You brought up an interesting point. PEople do say that China will “overtake” the world economy. What people don’t tell you is that one of the world’s premiere economists, paul samuelson, estimated the exact same thing about the USSR. Ultimately, capitalism (for better or for worse) tends to win out because of how it demands, in fact requires rapid technological advance to grow. People around the world love this, and technological advance is beloved worldwide. Everyone loves new technology, despite the fact that they also fear it at the same time. It’s still considered by and large to be a “good thing.”

Sorry I felt that would help, just my .02

  10. Boucheau, you are literally just spewing out what you’ve heard from your parents and on TV. It is patently obvious by your aggressive demeanor that you have never actually attempted a real understanding of the ideas of Marx, you stick to stupid broad generalizations. Marx is all about freedom and liberation, you are just too clouded with ignorance and hate to see that. Communism was in fact the ultimate level-headed, athiest, anti-mystical force of the 20th century, so why don’t you either put up or shut up; that is, learn what the heck you are babbling about (protip, you do not right now) before you open that filthy gullet you cram your happy meals down every night.
