When I was a kid we used to pick up dumped black and white TVs from the streets. In the late nineties and early 2000’s I couldn’t resist to collect all these CRT screens in the street (it’s stil going on but eventually I dumped my electro trash collection a while ago). Today it seems I witnessed a new era of electro trash. It is the very first time that I found a crashed iphone in the street (next to a tree in a small bush, typical CRT spot). I am curious how many more years it ll take till people will dump working iPhones …. (or anyone lost his in Bremen Mitte? Sorry man, I ve bad news!) … and I had to explain to my son why it won t make sense to get it repaired. Another sad part on how to explaining society.

This is the very first picture I took with my very first digital camera Olympus C21. It was taken at Alexanderplatz, Berlin right after leaving the store exactly 10 years ago on 20th of May of 2000.

During our last vacation in Switzerland we found the original driftwood walking stick of Yoda stranded on a riverside near Chur. He must have lost it in the mountains on his last trip to Earth before Luke came back to Dagobah to say good bye ….

While having lunch a good old friend passed the scene on Dnazigerstr. Berlin, we ran out and I took pictures of Bre and Tim posing in front of the so colorfull, happy, not evil G-car …

The boys and me are in a phase of DIY wooden weapons. This is our latest creation.

This was my official mobile phone boarding pass to Linz yesterday, no joke!. Wow … what a great idea … this will solve all the problems of the screen size jungle of mobile phones. (And it worked.)
